- Initial check for formatting, plagiarism, and scope compliance.
- Editorial Screening
- Editor reviews submission for relevance and quality.
- Manuscript is either desk rejected or sent for peer review.
- Peer Review
- Manuscript sent to 2–3 expert reviewers (double-blind or single-blind).
- Reviewers evaluate:
- Originality
- Methodology
- Results & conclusions
- Clarity & structure
- Reviews submitted within a stipulated timeframe.
- Editorial Decision
- Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Minor Revisions
- Major Revisions
- Reject
- Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
- Author Revision
- Authors revise manuscript and respond to reviewer comments.
- Resubmission undergoes re-evaluation if needed.
- Final Decision & Acceptance
- Editor gives final approval post revisions.
- Acceptance letter issued to the author.
- Copyediting & Proofing
- Manuscript is professionally edited for language, style, and formatting.
- Authors review and approve the final proofs.
- Online Publication
- Final article is published online with DOI.
- Indexed in relevant databases and made available to readers.
