Process Flow for Submission, Peer Review, and Publication

  1. Manuscript Submission
    • Author submits manuscript through the online submission system.
    • Initial check for formatting, plagiarism, and scope compliance.
  1. Editorial Screening
    • Editor reviews submission for relevance and quality.
    • Manuscript is either desk rejected or sent for peer review.
  1. Peer Review
    • Manuscript sent to 2–3 expert reviewers (double-blind or single-blind).
    • Reviewers evaluate:
    • Originality
    • Methodology
    • Results & conclusions
    • Clarity & structure
    • Reviews submitted within a stipulated timeframe.
  1. Editorial Decision
    • Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
      • Accept
      • Minor Revisions
      • Major Revisions
      • Reject
  1. Author Revision
    • Authors revise manuscript and respond to reviewer comments.
    • Resubmission undergoes re-evaluation if needed.
  1. Final Decision & Acceptance
    • Editor gives final approval post revisions.
    • Acceptance letter issued to the author.
  1. Copyediting & Proofing
    • Manuscript is professionally edited for language, style, and formatting.
    • Authors review and approve the final proofs.
  1. Online Publication
    • Final article is published online with DOI.
    • Indexed in relevant databases and made available to readers.
