SELF ARCHIVING POLICY
The International Journal of Technology, Leadership and Sciences (IJTLS) recognizes the importance of broad and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly work and fully supports authors in sharing their research through self-archiving. The journal adopts a progressive and author-friendly approach, allowing researchers to maximize the reach, visibility, and academic impact of their publications.
Authors publishing in International Journal of Technology, Leadership and Sciences (IJTLS) retain the right to archive their manuscripts at various stages of the publication process. This includes the pre-print version (prior to peer review), the accepted manuscript (post-print), and the final published version (Version of Record). Such flexibility ensures that research outputs remain accessible across multiple academic and professional platforms.
Self-archiving is permitted in institutional repositories, subject-specific repositories, personal websites, and recognized academic networking platforms. Authors are encouraged to share their work responsibly to support knowledge exchange and scholarly communication at both national and international levels.
To maintain the integrity of the academic record, all self-archived versions must include a clear and complete citation of the original publication in International Journal of Technology, Leadership and Sciences (IJTLS). Wherever possible, a direct link to the official journal webpage should be provided to guide readers to the authoritative version of the article.
International Journal of Technology, Leadership and Sciences (IJTLS) follows a no-embargo policy, allowing immediate self-archiving upon acceptance or publication. This approach aligns with global open access standards and promotes timely dissemination of research findings.
All archived content must comply with the journal’s licensing terms, typically governed by a Creative Commons license, ensuring proper attribution and lawful reuse. Authors are also responsible for ensuring that the archived material remains accurate, unaltered in meaning, and consistent with the officially published version.

Through this self-archiving policy, International Journal of Technology, Leadership and Sciences (IJTLS) aims to foster an open, transparent, and collaborative research environment. The journal is committed to supporting authors in increasing the accessibility and impact of their work while upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and scholarly integrity.
