Abstract

This paper examines TCS's approach to HR decision-making through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and human judgment. Artificial intelligence (AI) delivers rapid, accurate, and predictive insights that enhance recruitment, performance assessments, and human resource management. Discernment is crucial for empathy, ethics, and comprehending the broadern context. The paper indicates that TCS achieves favorable outcomes by integrating two strategies: the analytical capabilities of AI and the inherent moral sensibilities of humans to ensure transparency and fairness. The statistics indicate that this hybrid strategy, incorporating HR techniques, enhances employee trust and fosters corporate values.
