In large organizations, long-term performance and a competitive advantage are contingent upon employee loyalty and contentment. This investigation investigates the correlation between employee satisfaction and organizational loyalty at DLF Ltd., a prominent Indian real estate organization. The survey is designed to evaluate the level of satisfaction that employees experience with the work environment, compensation, opportunities for career advancement, leadership support, and worklife balance. It also examines the impact of these factors on the loyalty of employees to the company. In order to gather primary data, a standardized questionnaire was distributed to employees from various departments and levels of employment. Secondary data was obtained from pertinent literature and company reports. In order to interpret the data, we implemented both descriptive and analytical research methodologies. The results suggest that the majority of DLF Ltd. employees are moderately to extremely satisfied, notably with respect to the company's reputation and job security. As a consequence, they become increasingly dedicated. Nevertheless, in order to increase the retention of employees, it is necessary to enhance other factors, including performance evaluation systems and opportunities for professional development.
