Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed HR processes by enhancing the efficiency and precision of candidate selection via resume screening. This study examines Algohire Technologies' implementation of AI-driven tools to expedite the hiring process, automate resume evaluation, and mitigate human bias. AI systems identify suitable candidates by analyzing extensive applicant data in relation to skill sets, experience, and job specifications. The study highlights both the benefits— such as expedited decision-making and enhanced talent alignment—and the challenges—such as algorithmic transparency and ethical quandaries.
