Abstract

The goal of this investigation is to find out how well Mahindra & Mahindra's professional growth programs match up with the company's long-term goals. It shows how succession planning, well-organized training programs, and chances to help others learn can all help employees stay engaged, improve their skills, and stay with the company. According to the study, it's important to make sure that professional development plans are in line with the long-term goals of the organization. This is because matching a person's growth path with the goals of the organization improves both their own performance and the results of the business. Mahindra & Mahindra needs to align its job development programs on purpose if it wants to keep its employees competitive and improve its overall performance, according to the results.
